They are the worse company they paid to the bodyshop and the check do not have funds now the bodyshop keep my car until i paid them, this insurrance is now closed and i am trying to flght with bodyshop to get my car back??

Just went throw the same thing with Windhaven. on 10/29/19 I was hit and and my rear bumper was damage. I got a call for windhaven on 10/30 telling me to take my car to get inspection which I did on 11/1. I waited and waited for windhaven to tell me I can take my car to the shop and never got the call. I had call them and no one never answer the phone even e mails they didn't respond. I finally got a call 0n 11/7 saying that they never got the inspection estimate yet in there office. I call there inspector and he told me that he hasn't send it in yet because he have to much cars to inspect. I was done I call my insurance and since I wasn't at no fault they were handle everything for the repairs and with Windhaven. The day after my insurance got involve windhaven call me to tell me that I can now take my car to the shop because they go all estimate. Ohh wait I forgot to tell you the only reason I call my insurance is because I did get a letter from windhaven saying because of the lengthy investigation I should call my insurance.

How do i cancel my policy with them? Just stop paying it? I was told to change from another person that had this insurance to get a new card and change my number. They have raised my rate and it's only been 3 months.

my broker told me,get another co.they are a con job,from texas.
