  1. What a shallow view you have of the life insurance industry.  I have been in life insurance with Liberty National Life for 10 years.  We have an incredible training program and Never leave the new agent alone until they are totally prepared.  Our prospecting is a fine tuned machine that the agent does not pay for.  You are self serving in trying to build your own company by trashing others in the field.  Shame on you!!

  2. Some good points but suspicious about your advise because you disparage others who do the same thing you do (sell insurance) and basically just say buy from me instead! I suggest showing where you are better, not where the other person is weak. Good luck!

  3. Glad I found this video. I started out with a company doing final expense with some really successful people leading the team and an earned lead program so that I don't have to rely on my sphere of influence. I was contacted by a representative for New York Life and he asked if I would come in for an interview. I figured I'd see what else is out there but it looks like as far as Life Insurance goes I'm in a pretty good place. Thanks for the video, it definitely helped!

  4. This is also the strategy for 99% of financial service companies. I interviewed with 15 different finance and insurance companies that all hired in this shitty "puppy mill" fashion before I found a company that does it the right way. I love my company! Extensive interview process, rigorous 3-month training, very selective hiring, and teaching how to build your business without knowing anyone. The exact opposite of this.

  5. Good stuff. Currently with a pretty awesome IMO with lots of training and a decent lead program that covers both MP and FE leads. I'm noticing that while although the quality of the leads are not always consistent as some of them are 3rd drop last chance As or DA leads "discounted" I've noticed every once in a while I get batch of B leads that are more responsive than As still trying to figure out a system of sustainability.
