  1. I have been in an accident. my insurance company took full responsibility, I had full coverage for my lease vehicle. My jeep was totaled. My insurance company paid off my Jeep, my medical, my rental car, and partial lost of income. Me and my wife are getting medical treatment. my wife is worst than me. I believe the accident cause by other driver, but when i see a lawyer, he said that I do not have case because we did not go to the ER right away on the same day. any advise will be appreciated. Thank you

  2. Hello, so I got into a car crash (my first one) on new years morning. I was traveling down a road around 6am which was pitch dark. Their was a tree laying in the middle of the road and it was too late to see the tree since it was super dark, I crashed into it. My car is definitely totaled and my adjuster should be calling me today. Their was a car in scene that also crashed 10pm the night before but it wasn’t towed out and the police knew about it and they still didn’t close the roads or put warning signs despite the whole neighborhood calling to close the roads down. I have back pain and neck pain but nothing serious. What can I expect from this since my adjuster is calling me today and my car is financed through a loan company.

  3. Hello, I don’t know what to do because this is my first accident but my boyfriend drove my car and accidentally hit another vehicle. He told me that he was coming from a small street and was going to turn left on a big street that have in total of four lanes. He was going to turn in the freeway, so he was driving about 10-15 mph because the freeway wasn’t that far, I would say it’s about 40-50 feet away. Cause we always take that road to enter to the freeway, so I’m familiar with it. He said that he looked both ways but there wasn’t any car and then while he was going to turn left in the intersection a car came out of no where from his right side driving about 40 mph and that’s when they crashed into each other. I also don’t have full coverage too, so it’s bit hard on me. Also we both didn’t know that his license got suspended so now I’m just very stressed out and don’t know what’s going to happen. I don’t have collision coverage too because when I asked my friend to help me I guess she didn’t put it on my coverage. I don’t know what to do..

  4. Three weeks ago I was in a serious accident. I was driving home when I slowed down to a halt because vehicles ahead of me had slowed to a halt apparently due to red light. Suddenly a car plowed into me from the rear. That car hit me with such force that my car was pushed into the car ahead of me, which was pushed into the car ahead of it. It total four cars were involved. I pulled to off the road as did the other cars. I had my camera and took pictures. I was also had pain in my neck and upper back and was taken to a nearby hospital. There I was given a cat scan and x-rays. After a few hours it was determined the pain was muscular, not skeletal. Nothing was broken or pushed out of place. They sent me home. I was in discomfort for a day or two but felt fine afterwards. My problem is I don't have collision insurance, just liability. I showed pictures of my car to my mechanic who says it can be fixed and gave an estimate of $8000. My car, by the way, is a 2016 Chevy Cruze with about 34,000 miles. My insurer State Farm set me up with a rental. I sent them the police reports, the pictures I had taken and also a dash cam video of the accident that recorded what happened in the front and rear (the car that hit me didn't slow down).
Since then I made several mistakes. First, I talked to someone from another insurance, apparently the person who hit me, but I have been unable to ascertain whether that person has insurance or not. Second, I gave a recorded statement to my own insurance company. I told them what happened, and told them I was not hurt. I feel line. Now I don't know what to do. Most lawyers who handle car accidents only do so if there's an injury. I want the person who hit me to pay for repairs. Should I just let the insurance companies handle it or seek legal advice?

  5. I feel like I’ve made my mistaken and I’m super worried , I took photo of my vehicle after the accident but I didn’t know I was suppose to take other drives cuz I feel like don’t know about life still ? is kind of like can’t show proof from what happened to people vehicles and I’ve got ticket that I was suppose to pay to department until February for example and is December and not sure if something that is already to late to play for my ticket after car accident please help ? 🙁 ,it would go worse for me

  6. Hi! Can you answer me, please: I try to file claim, but insurance company Allstate Makes tricky steps, company drives in circles and I have no way to contact the claim department, they drive me in circles, tell me what can I do? It's not my fault in the accident I got hit from behind on the road, I have different insurance and I can't claim…

  7. I got a not fault accident and was paid out $6500. The 2009 PT cruiser was written off for $4,000. And i got physio treatment worth $2500. I asked for $10k but was only offered the $6.5kwith a sore neck.

Not sure if i could of got more. I hear people not showing up to file police report, gets insurance companies bigger pay outs.

But it is better than nothing.

  8. do you have any sites i could look on claim in Spain and can you really claim within a day of getting insurance i know they say you are insured from day 1 but are you really

  9. What should I do, a lady on the freeway 70mph moved to my lane and stop like crazy when I was driving 75mph so I tried to avoid and I hit her with my front side and now she’s saying it was me and she has a attorney.

  10. So my 16 year old brother was driving my car the other day and I have liability insurance on that car from State Farm and so my brother got into a wreck but he is on the insurance policy with me. He was fine with no physical injuries and so was the other driver. From what the officer at arrival told him was that it was his fault that he made the wrong turn and came in front of the other car. So what do you guys think I should do now? Should I talk to my insurance or just try to have my car fixed on my own?

  11. I had a shyster tell me he couldn't do much about me being paid 'fair market value' for my totaled suv. None of them would give me any idea at all of what kind of settlement I might expect from 'pain and suffering.'

That's apparently the only way to get any money out of the rich bastards.

Those I've spoken with a state farm so far don't seem much more knowledgeable than call center monkeys. One large nationwide law firm I called was similar. Wanted me to sign a contingency contract or whatever just to speak to a lawyer. Told them I'd skip it.

Looks like I'm on my own with my car value. For the rest I may be forced to let a firm or whatever do it. One said he'd travel to meet me to sign the contract so apparently he's either desperate for the work or knows something I don't but again I couldn't even get a round estimate of how much I might expect in the end.

  12. Hey I’ve recently been involved in a car accident.I’ve told them it was my upper back that was hurt but it’s actually my lower back should I tell them this or will it be fine because I have got a doctors report regarding my back injury and it does say my lower back is in pain also I have physiotherapist booked by my solicitors this Monday

  13. Hello, yesterday morning an older lady hit me as I was passing by on the intersection. She was on a road with a stop sign and pulled out right in front of me, I blew my horn and swerved to the right but she still t-boned me on the rear passenger side door. My insurance company is still waiting on the police report before deciding liability. What do I need to be prepared for since NC is a contributory negligence state?
