Don't ever deal with safe Auto I was hit by a drunk driver he was charged with OVI leaving the scene and punching my vehicle. They refuse to even let me file a claim just kept putting me back to the main menu so I had to call and have my insurance company called them three way in order for them to let me file a claim. Now I keep getting told the person that looks at my car is coming out but they never show my claims adjuster never returns phone calls never called me once I have had to call there in order to reach anyone her answering service will say that she's not there for the day but if you repeatedly call back she picks up the phone? It's been over 2 months and now I have to file a lawsuit and take it to a jury trial so don't ever deal with safe Auto they will screw you over.
