First Train your customer support ppl to speak English well…most of them don't even know to listen or solve basic questions in English. And most importantly there is no track of payments made…be transparent by creating schedule for payment . Is thr a APP for maxlife??? Refer HDFC or NPS apps- clean and transparent.

Customer Care phone will not be answer. You can try yourself. Even policy agent will not pick up phone call. After sale service of Max Life Policy is zero.
