  1. My mechanic told me to never buy a car that's in an accident due to the frame. This is only because I didnt know anything about cars at that time. Now that I do, I would due a lot of test on the vehicles first.

  2. Insurance claims should be 100% guaranteed and cannot be null and void regardless of anything in the contract as even if you never did something it doesn’t mean it can’t happen.
    And to top it all off, a insurance reject tax of 10 times the claims made a month of the insurance company rejects any claims and cannot be charged to the consumer.

  3. So Lewis knowingly mislead the Insurance company about his pre-existing medical co diction. 95% of claims are paid because tinker people were truthful with their proposal form

  4. DIV is something that is allowed in the US. You can file 1st and 3rd party in GA and 3rd party (if your not at fault) in the rest of the us. There are some caveats about UMPD that change state to state.
