Looks like it's time for Georgia to do what California and New Jersey did so those who cannot afford extravagant car insurance rate hikes: state sponsored low cost car insurance (and it doesn't cost the state anything!)Best of all-it cuts down on number of uninsured motorists who have to drive to their jobs, etc…
