Just heard from Nevada Division of Insurance. They are forcing this "fly by night" company to pay my mom's claim. They denied it for no reason. They are not allowed to do that by law! Any decent company would not pull that crap. She was rear ended by one of their clients doing only about $600 in damage. Fortunately no one was hurt or killed. They would not even pay that small amount for a legitimate claim! There are honest companies out there with good reputations. Use one of them and avoid the pain of this company.?

i was insured and i was hit from behind also by someone with infinity insurance i have the paper proving they admit fault and they still aren't paying for nor my injury or car i'm going with out car and pain medicine i have to walk with a cane that's prescribed by a doctor i have to go to back therapy everyday and i'm still in pain i cry it hurts so bad, i never can sleep i wake up and its 3 am and i have to stay awake because the pain is too much to bare, i think i'll be in a wheel chair soon and still no call from infinity i even have a lawyer on the case they both seem to be dragging their feet but i'm suffering everyday of my life i hope someone takes action against these crooks i made a video similar to Steve's on YouTube, search it: infinity doesn't want to pay?

We were rear ended in August 2015 with a car that is insured by Infinity, his car was a total loss. We have been dealing with a rude and a very un-professional adjuster. So we also left message with his supervisor and she was also rude. So we finally to the car to a collision center so they can handled these people. We are getting letter from the infinity adjuster that they will only pay for 4 days of rental, when the parts take more than a week. I am filling a complain with the Department of Insurance and may have to get a attorney to purse the claims for the repair and rental of a vehicle while our car gets fix. The worst company I have ever dealt with.?

I have a similar case as well. My mother is insured with Infinity and it has taking them over a month to process her claim. She hit a deer and totaled the car. It took the appraiser almost three weeks just to come out and take a look at the car. After looking at the car, it took another week or so before we could take the car to a mechanic. After being at the mechanic's shop for a week, something told me to call the mechanic himself. During this call the mechanic informed me that the appraiser overlooked  A LOT of damage that was done to the car. The mechanic classified the car as totaled. It has been two weeks since I had a conversation with the mechanic. The appraiser was supposed to go look at the car once again and has not made it there yet. It's becoming a complete hassle to deal with infinity. Infinity is the ABSOLUTE  worse insurance company that we have ever been insured with.?

WOW! I had close to the same experience with them. I was involved in a hit and run accident where their insurer hit me and one other car and tried to flee the scene until the cops caught him.My wife and I, were in pain and they dragged their feet, we made several attempts to call them, which the person responsible for the claim was never around, and I finally went to their supervisor who said they "would get back to me", but never did. For all the suffering we went through, they said they were not responsible for our pain and suffering. And Farmers who I did have at the time, dragged their feet so long by telling us they would not cover are expenses that we barely had our car fixed, and had to pay a 1,000 deductible Even thought we were 100% not at fault. I think all these insurance companies are in collusion with eachother, so we need to start fillig complaints with the National Association of  Insurance commission.  I think alll insurance companies use a stall tactic to get you to forget about your claim, or to make you wait so  long they can show your claim is not warranted.  EVIL PEOPLE THESE INSURANCE COMANIES ARE!!! But it is a buisness,and they are not your friend or ali. LOL ?
