I personally haven’t had any tickets or accidents for past 5 years however the people that were in my insurance had accidents and tickets now I’m trying to change insurance and just by myself but all of those claims even not at fault are counted against me and I never had accidents or tickets!!! I need these taken off ASAP

No I don’t think it’s fare if, it’s hell damage

So switch insurance companies and or switch states

Just switch insurance companies to get a better deal eventually u can go back to old insurance maybe even get a better deal then what u was originally paying them

Are you able to contact most insurance companies towards the end of the general 3-5 year period to see if they can remove the accident off their profile if you?

Homeowners insurance. I don't know of any homeowners policies they can raise your rates for a claim
