  1. A "contract" is a "written PROMISE" to full-fill what was stated in the "contract." IT doesn't not matter if one team dropped the ball, and another team picked it UP… the "ball" is still in play. Game not OVER, YET! A 'federal court" should get in as "referee" on this horrid "promise to pay, pass the BALL, GAME!" Both companies should END up paying, TRIPLE Damages, TAXES PAID, plus all court costs, and all lawyers (as in plural,) fees.

  2. stay away from IUL, Whole life, any cash value policies. Primerica is the best, ask me any questions, i can help you become properly protected and ill explain the differences.

  3. I have my license David and the DO know what they are talking about; so does Suze and Dave! It's not about the commission!!!! its about what is right! TERM!! More coverage for less premium! It's pretty cut and dry! Invest the saved premium!

  4. @David Turner you obviously must be a scum bag whole life, vul, UK agent! every Financial expert suggest term insurance and have your savings seperate! by the way I am investment licensed and life licensed!

  5. I have my life insurance license and TERM insurance IS the only thing that is good for families. Whole life and UL are only good for the agent and life insurance policy. I hope you have a UL policy and you never get your "savings".

  6. This is why you never rely on group life only! I had a client one time, that had $300,000 of group life, but it never paid when he died, due to the fact that the last year of his life he was too weak to work, and had to stay home. He got on Group Disability, while still officially employed by the company (but on medical leave). Group policy did not pay because it is stipulated that in the contract, that claims will not be paid if a person is on medical leave! selectaquoteinsurance

  7. This is why it is so important to own an independent TERM life insurance policy. (Not any kind of cash value). With an independent policy you have control. A similar thing happened to my family. My mom passed away from cancer and they determined the face amount by looking how much my mother worked the previous year. They held out on $65k. It's not about the money, it's about what's right and wrong.

  8. A Warning from a 26 year insurance agent veteran – "yes- it's inexpensive for a very good reason – the many "limitations", "exclusions", "restrictions" and "loopholes" written into most, if not all group life policies!
Who owns your group life policy? who designed it? Who has control over it's provisions? Where's the actual policy- no, not that certificate you got from your benefits department – the actual policy!
If you got really, really sick – what would happen to your insurance coverage?
