I had state farm about for 6 years then switched to Geico. I bought a 2017 Wrangler and they went from 86 to 149 a month. Had them for 8 years and when I moved 10 miles down lake road they raised me an additional 20 a month for living on a private small street. I went back to state farm they are charging me 86 a month compared to 160 fur the exact same insurance. I cancelled they keep trying to charge me.

my friend all insurance are the same to begin with they offer you a low monthly payment so you will join in. then after a few month the rate goes up and like you said vehicule and medical cost has gone up up in the area. that happen to me in Texas my rate when up and called my insurance company and I told them why did my rate go up I have no violations no tickets no accidents and they came up with that shit supposedly the rate goes up with speeding ticket accidents but they raised my rate just because for no reason the bottom line insurance companies are legalized scammers.

Good video! I own an agency in Tampa, Fl, and am a broker. He is exactly right-use a broker. I could have done everything he just did for him for free! Why do this yourself? My clients have a relationship with me because I shop every policy- Health, Life, Auto, Homeowner/Renter, etc. I also do commercial so if you own a business you get the same treatment from a broker. Our clients call every year to shop their Medicare Advantage plan or health plan, auto policy, homeowner, and all other coverage from a golf cart to an ATV. This is a perfect example of why you should use a broker. Great video!

VIEWERS BEWARE OF GAICO INSURANCE: I have an accident claim, not my fault. They are NOT my insurance co. they are the other guy's insurance & LIABLE – 1. They are very difficult to get ahold of. Their hold times are RIDICULOUS. Even AFTER you have a claim. (Try calling their claim number & see) After they finally have you holding for an hour, they answer don't speak & hang up, and you have to start allllll over – Frustrating? Yeah!!!!!) 2. They are v. reluctant to take responsibility – In this case they finally did, because it was clear cut. 3. They will give you the run-around BIG time, (whether you're THEIR CUSTOMER or not, mind you.) 4. They will try to pay out as LITTLE as possible, 5. Even after determining liability, they will treat you like you don't matter. GAICO INSURANCE STINKS – SERIOUSLY, DON'T INSURE WITH THEM (They claim to be the lowest, but there are better more reputable ins. cos. that cost less & are easier to deal with) & HOPE YOU NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM, like I'm having to. Still waiting for them to get my car examined & fixed!!!!!!!!!!

I sold my car, so Geico conveniently didn’t refund me $240, they just made my renewal look smaller. I didn’t find this out till MetLife quoted me $204 less to switch and I cancelled my Geico. Yes my Geico when up also! I’m in Massachusetts. Geico is a Birkshire Hathaway company. I got a metlife policy through my employer so I get a auto payroll deduction discount.

Geico is the biggest fraud company in the world. Someone hit and ran on my car and it needed body work. Short story, the body shop i took it to said the geico check they sent bounced and they tried to act like the payment went through, The manager of the body shop said hed never seen a company do that in 15 years, they are super super shady even for an insurance company.
