My insurance company said they found me not at fault and the other company said they don’t find their driver not at fault

I'm in New York, I was in an accident that wasn't my fault. The other parties insurance company paid for my body work but refused to pay for the damages to my transmission. My car was hit directly at the front driver side tire area, my transmission sits right behind the wheel. After the accident my transmission was damaged and slipping and making weird noises. I had to get it replaced with my own money. How can I recuperate my money? Small claims court?

What happens if your Sideswipe and the other party gives you the wrong information you get the right information now 7 months later and now they drop the ball and they wont do anything they won't give me the number for the agent to GEICO anytime I spent a year now

Someone hit my parked car on Christmas Eve. I got the police report , had the policy number of the person who hit my car ,and open the claim with the insurance who at fault. After 15 days waiting , I called the insurance company and the lady who in charged my case. They denied my claim. Which I don’t understand at all , they supposed to pay me. now I have to claim my own insurance and pay $ 500 deductible out of my pocket. Should I file the law suit ? Is it worth to pay for lawyer if the cost of fixing my car around $5000 ? I really have no idea how much for the lawyer fee. I feel very sad because that was not my fault at all.

Hi…. I’m i rand my insurance to postpone my policy till I change lcar… to my shock they told me I’m they cancelled after the first payment never went through … niw as I had paid a year for full insurance, and at this stage I’ve been driving without cover for 9 months … I ask why I had not been notified of a payment issues and especially be informed Im not insured!! she said we’re not liable to do that, they proceeded to ask me for a copy showing transaction but of course no transaction was made, I did however have the receipt from the insurance thanking me for payment…

Of all the thousands of videos on YouTube, no one, not one person is covering this… the insurance company are swerving liability but ask me to agree on call to a cheaper premium! I refused while asking this this to be put into writing!! What should I do here?? Than you

I was in a terrible car accident rear ended on my driver side. How do I discuss this with the opposing insurance? I do not have collision insurance. I do not recollect information from the accident. My car is totaled and my insurance company also will not come to investigate my car. What do I do? I’m in a lot of pain.

Can they refuse to pay because I had previous damage which was fixed before I bought it and it was not disclosed to me before I bought it! Had a hit and run in Walmart parking lot.

Yeah I’m going thru the same thing where a person hit my car while I was parked in a store parking lot, he gave his insurance card but his insurance can’t get a hold of him so everything is on hold

Didn't like this information…I shouldn't have to pay anything, when I'm the victim.
