Do you possibly have any pictures or footage of the Oldsmorat (69-70 Cutlass) or the Oldsmorat 2 (79 Starfire) driver & owned by Jim Clark? He's my uncle & I grew up being on his pit crew.
Do you have any footage of my father, Terry Hedrick in Seaton's Super Shaker, later he became the owner and it was the Super Shaker….corvair, Nova and Camaro….thx

Love it! Thanks for posting! Check out my 1971 Tube Chassis 355 CI Small Block Chevy Powered Foot Brake Pinto at a test and tune at my local track . The Boostfilms guys did a great job putting it on one of their youtube videos. Type in a youtube search of "bizspeed 8/10/2012". click on the one titled "street legends". My car is at about the 1:14 mark. Thanks again for the excellent video! …. Please post some 70's pro stock or sportsman Pintos if you got 'em.
Thank YOU for taking time to watch and comment! Much appreciated!
John
100 percent cool! Thank you for taking the time to put this video together.
I remember seeing Ivo's 4 engined stationwagon/dragster on his farewell tour. I believe he had Segrini driving it cause he'd injured his back. They had to pushstart it like in the old days and we still had our old pushstart lane that came out of the pits 1/2 way down the track. It was at New England Dragway. I worked the Winston World Championship Series meet all 4 yrs of HS. The names that ran there in those years. Ronnie Manchester, Grumpy Jenkins, Beadle, Burgin, Shirley, Garlits, Lindamood..
I am related to Bill Bennett in the 70 Good News Nova at 7:00 I used to help him out at the races in the 90's and early 2000's

Holy Crap!! In the second video, that's me driving my Dad's 1970 Barracuda back 1985. I was 15 years old at the time. We still have the car in the barn.
Awesome video. I grew up at US 131 Dragway and remember all of the Popular Hot Rod meets. Tom Trisch's AA/Altered 23T and Danny Townsend's A/Altered Bantam were two of the baddest Comp cars on the planet. I know Danny was seriously injured a couple years ago in an Alcohol Funny Car crash but I don't know how he's doing now. Hopefully he's doing well. Brings back a million memories!
