should i hire a mechanic to check the car out?
if so where can i find one and how much would one cost?
will my insurance be expensive?, (im under 18)
also im starting college, so this is the reason why im searching for a car at such a cheap price..
but would it be better to purchase a more expensive one and make monthly payments??? but then the insurance would be much more expensive right??

I live in Massachusetts where auto insurance can’t compete my question is?
