You r so rite my mama just passed on this on 4-27-2018 & she had this mutal of omaha life insurance she was very mislead by this company we as her children where also very mislead by this company we where under the assumption that it did start 1 day & it did not at all she passed on 2 months b4 their 2 yr. crap came up & now they refuse to pay .This has put a really bad hurting on use very bad .The funeral home is wanting $2'500.00 down & all we have is what those crooks r giving back a measly 1,500.00 we short a grand & have begged & tryed borrowing anything we could no good .It's left up to a miracle from God now thanks to this no good company .My mama always made us promise we would not cremate her & now I just don't know .My heart is so broken by her passing & now even more so by the way this insurance has done her .It really amazes me how they'd stayed in business this long by doing people so dirty like this .

They do offer the Living Promise product through their United of Omaha subsidiary.  That product does offer day one coverage.
