I'm in Texas my Dad and Mom got divorced so her beneficiary status is revoked. So that leaves no beneficiary my Dad also had no will. So does this mean I need to apply to be an executor for his estate with the county probate court? They are asking for the executor?

No the still does not tell me anything there is a website that no one knows about that when you put the insurance name in it it tells you every company and United States who has a policy on the insured that website is what I'm trying to look for
