If it's spring or fall and the temp is not over 90F then I carry a can of spray paint in my car for these people.

But when you really think they deserve it then just spray their windshield. Then they can't drive the car till they find/buy a razor blade to scrape the windshield off. If they double parked to save time just think how pissed they will be when they spend all the time cleaning the windshield before they can drive the car.

I have a big truck with iron bumper when ever someone takes my park spot I just push them out of the way moved a lot of cars even expensive ones some threten to sue me i never went to court
