IUL loan rates are not 0%. You seem to be confusing the net cost between loan charge rate and the credit on cash value pledged on the loan. WL can also have net loan cost of 0% or close to it. Depends how dividends and base cash value credits compare to loan charges.
I wonder if the 7.7% vs 4.79% is confusing dividend credit rate vs IRR on cash value. Dividend credit rates have averaged much higher than 4.79%.
I see that the last video you posted was 4 years ago and can imagine things have changed which might make some information in this video obsolete.
