  1. My auto insurance has just renewed and it has increased 15 percent. No accidents or claims, but they said it's a general increase approved by the Provincial Government. I made the case that I'm driving about one-tenth the amount during the pandemic lock down. They stated that if they reduced my auto insurance, then they would increase my home insurance because the home is now occupied 24/7 by the whole family, creating greater risk to the home and because I am working from home, the "small business operating from a home" premium could also be applied.

  2. The laws need to CHANGE. You should NOT be required by law to maintain coverage when you're NOT driving at all.
    Forget a discount I dont want to pay a dime when my car is parked.

  3. And it’s a lie…belairdirect increased my rate 21.39%confirmed my good driving record apologized and advised me the rate increase was submitted and approved by the ontario government..thanks Doug way to help us out

  4. YOU CAN DEFERR YOUR PAYMENT. DON'T YOU DARE GET BEHIND IN PAYMENTS, AS THAT GIVES THEM AN EXCUSE TO CANCEL. AND THEN BECAUSE YOU ARE A FINANCIAL RISK, YOUR RATES WILL TRIPLE. TRUST ME. I USED TO WORK IN THE SLEEZY, SLEEZY INDUSTRY.
