Almost same situation happened to me except lady had beginning stage altimeters husband let her drive bc his license was suspended . She boned me and my 3 passengers had no idea that if someone is only covered for state min and you don’t have uninsured or underinsured coverage your left holding the ball never been in accident in my life nor a ticket my insurance went up $180 I missed worked and it took 8 months to settle after dr bills and fees who knows what I’ll have left and I have health insurance

Take it from me folks get uninsured motors coverage

Hello I had a slip and fall case in a tj maxx in the Fort Lauderdale area in which I received 11 stitches at a local hospital, I know tj maxx has a liability insurance in excess of 2 million, what are my odds with this case?

Justin, my trial is in February, the drunk driver was.16 blood alcohol concentration, I am praying that they refuse my Stowers demand, I really want a jury trial, I hope to peel the lid off their insurance policy! Any punitive damages, I will donate to MADD- at least my portion, not sure what my attorney will do with his share of the punitive damages.

I can understand 10k with the DUI, Chiro 3 to 4 months if that's what he did, but you said 37 days which sounds like they paid the limits.

Hey Justin I don't know if you remember me but I wrote you about a year ago about driving on the freeway and a Truck lost its load and a PVC pipe went through my windshield you asked what was the insurance company and when found out it was a marriage sure you said I wouldn't be too optimistic they have a very terrible reputation for pain at the time listening to everybody and their mother about cases they've been through and how successful the case was going to be you were right. I'm man enough to admit when you were right LOL my lawyer called me the other day and told me that we have a low offer of $5,000 but this is on a 1.5 million dollar policy

No offense to the man in this video but I got almost ten grand in just a matter of weeks from McDonalds cause the door closed on my arm and the workers were arguing with each other and called me a dumbass.
